What should i do to help make the split ends go away

I have really bad split ends but my hair is really short already, so I dont need to cut it to get rid of the split ends. what should I do to help make the split ends go away and my hair to grow faster?

Split ends cant be fixed you have to cut them

once a hair is split it cant grow itself back together again
youll need to cut or trim them
if not all of your hair has split ends,
take some time to cut off the split ends from individual hairs
it doesnt matter how fast your hair grows
because hair grows from the top of your head
and split ends start at the bottom
the sooner you trim them
the sooner your hair will grow
otherwise theyll just become weak and break off
