Did my hamster die in the heat vent?

Okay a little while ago my hamster got out. I havnt seen him, but the last time I found him he was in the vent. Everytime my mom turns the heat on I can smell something really gross, I think my hamster died in the vent any ideas on how to get it out?

And Have your dad or someone take it apart.
You shoulda taken him out the first time you found him there.

sorry if he did. dont feel bad when I was 6 I accidently squished mine under the carpet with a rocking chair and blamed it on my 4 year old sister. I told my parents the truth when I was 14 or 13 now im 16

I agree with the person before me you shouldve taken the hamster out the first time just have someone take the vent apart and get the hamster out.
