Sinus

Say Chees Asked by dawnslight about 1 year ago, 4 answers.

My husband wakes up every morning with his sinuses plugged.
What is a natural remedy that he can use? He's not much on nose spray's.
The winter time is the worse for him.

The best remedy is to turn down the thermostat. It's caused by dry heat. Air isn't circulating properly throughout the room because of the type of heat. A small fan makes a world of difference.

I say, check what kind of pillow he is using. Most folks are allergic to feathers. My son loved to sleep with a rabbits foot when he was young. He always was stuffy. Come to find out he was allergic to the fur.

A cool mist humidifier in the bedroom. A shower when he gets up to loosen things up so he can unclog. They also have saline nasal sprays for during the day.
