To open up nasal passages naturally, just hang your arm over the back of a chair for about 3 minutes putting quite a bit of pressure in your armpit. The trick is that it works for the opposite side of your body. For example, if the left side of my nose was stuffed up, I would use my right arm. After about a minute or so, you will feel the pressure start to release.
