Sims 2 on vista?

I just ordered sims 2 for my laptop, and I have vista. Will it run on vista? And does anyone have trouble with theres?

Yes, it works.

The required hardware for The Sims 2 on Vista is a 1.3GHz processor with 512MB of memory. The extra memory is needed is because 512MB is required for a Windows Vista Capable machine. Since Vista does use up more processor power, game performance will not be as good as on an equivalent XP machine.

it should run I have every sims2 there is and I cant wait for sims3 but it should work and if its not did you put in the code
