Need help for the cheat bar on sims 2 on vista?

So I had some sims 2 trouble, because my laptop had vista. I couldnt do ctrl + shift + c to cheat anymore and I looked around and saw others had the same problem. Well this isn't a question, its just trying to help. To do the cheat bar for sims 2 on...

vista you press ctrl + shift + (windows key) all at the same time then press c. It'll work (:
