Should i tryout for the swim team even though i have my period

I don't know what to do swim tryouts are on monday and I have my period usual I wouldnt just go swimming but I really what to make the team

use tampons

go for it... they have special tampons made for swimming also if you don't want to spend the money on them I suggest O.B tampons they are super tiny and work really well. Anyways don't let things like your period get in your way of what you want to do ... good luck

Yes, like everone else is saying USE TAMPONS!!! LOL!!

Of course you should tryout for swimteam!!! I've been in all sorts of bathing suits and leotards while on my period. Change your tampon right before the tryouts and you will be fine. Seriously! Do not worry about it or stress about it, just focus on swimming your best! Good luck!

Actually, I think that you should ask the coach (woman?) even if it's a man still ask him b/c they will probably just schedule you in for another day. I know that these people above me swear by there tampons but if God forbid something go wrong you will never live that down.
