Should I make a move?

Okaii I really like this guy and he says that he likes me but it seems like he dosen't. He is really funny and I dont know if he is just kidding aroind or if he is really serious. I talk to him all the time and it always seems like he is flirting and he always tells me that I am cute and stuff but I dont know if he is going to make a move. So should make the first move or should I wait? What shouldd I dooo???

Ok im in the exact same boat. He does the same thing. But he kinda stopped. But what you should do is give it some time. Hang out with him outta school. See if he does. If not maybe in a while you should. But I wouldnt. Guys should make the move I believe.
