If you live in a hot area, it may just be shedding it's winter coat. You can try brushing him and see if it's just some excess fur that needs to come off now that Spring is here.
However, if it continues, if the cat begins to get bald spots, if he acts lethargic or is not eating/drinking, call the vet Asap.

I have a siamese too and as it got older it started to shed a lot too, the vet said, it's just a sign of getting older and mine is 16 so dont worry
