How to shave down there without cutting myself?

Its kind of embarassing, but I'm kinda 'new' to the whole 'shaving pubes' thing. I have done here and there before, just touch ups, but I have never really shaved it all off. Whats the best way? I dont want to cut my penis, or my sack.
Any advice?

you shouldnt shave it at all because it grows back prickly at the top of the hair and it hurts your skin. I've done that before. it hurts. but if you want to still, I would suggest using a lot of shaving cream

Agree with gothchick16, shaving is a no no...If you nick yourself it will hurt and how long are you going to wait til you shave again? ,,, Do you fancy scratching your manhood every minute to relief the itch? ... NO, didn’t think so…...Pick up the scissor instead and start trimming the unwanted hair...

If your scared of cutting little johnny, get your girlfriend, wife or a trusted friend to give your a mini haircut down there.
