How can I get a punk rock style without cutting my hair off?

and I cant dye it many colors. =[

do high-lites, low-lites, from black to white, hot red to baby blue. small strips mixed all thru

ask them to razor your hair when your in next time for a hair cut this will make your layers look shagy and very raw loike a punk rock style without losing a lot of hair. Its pretty much like getting a trim

ok
first dye your hair black
next put blue and white highlights
last dye the bottom of the hair HoT hOT red!!
and you are done
