how do I get my face smooth and soft and acne free?

Wash it everyday

buy some face scrubs/give yourself facials

-apply a moisturizer daily
-wash your face atleasst twice daily
-avoid touching your face always
-dont pop your pimples
-drink lots of water
-apply a face mask atleat once a week if possible
-dont stress yourself
-eat healthy
-exercise is also important
-choose a nice make-up,which allows your pores to breathe
-smile!

if you buy baking soda and mix some with water in the palm of your hand and put on like a facial mask leave on for ten minutes then wash of in warm water and the next day your face would be almost acne free do two times a week

as far as smooth, I know estheticians who are female and shave to remove dead skin cells. it works.
a little extreme but its a light shave w/ no pressure.

also I would go see someone at a spa for an acne treatment. htey know what they're doing and its cheap :]

if you have acne that doesnt seem to end you should go to your doctor
my doctor put me on a light birth control pill and within 3 months I never had acne again :-)
you should use a facial mask every week
exfoliate twice a week to keep it smooth and soft

use toothpaste it works really well. Then wash it off with any type of face wash!

boil a pot of water and put a towel over your head and let the water steam your fac..try to do it for a total of 5 minutes..take 30 second breaks when you cant breathe anymore.it worksz and by the next day your skin will almmost be completely acne free..try it about 2 times a week.
