How do I get a smooth face?

its not that I have pimples or anything and you cant see it from far away but up close youll notice that I have sorta of bumps on my face. not like big bumps but like little ridges. how can I get my face to be smooth and flawless?

makeup? foundation and then a powder finish?

okaay well do you have a store called lush wherever you live? because theres this stuff I bought and it makes my skin sooo soft. its a facial cleanser and its green in a small container. its called herbalism and its for oily and problem skin. it just makes yer skin so soft. you should go see if there is any of that.

Use a facial cleaser and maybe some acne treatement (not proactive) but the cheap stuff. Im just like you, and I tried this stuff called Neutrogena Acne Stress Control. it really helps! It cleared my face in about 3-4 days!
