I have been having sex for about 2 months now and everytime after we are done it starts to burn. Why does it burn and when will it stop?

It is possibly because you are not wet enough. I recommend you get him to lick you and do more foreplay or use one of the lubricants out there that is safe to use with condoms. If you use them.
