Settling in usa

I presently live in India. After some years, for work, if I prefer to stay in USA, is it a good choice? What are the advantages?

Captialist society so if there is a need for a trade or a buisness its pretty easy to find. The cost of living is hard to say though, there are massive differences between the states. It is pretty safe here and imigrants get treated very well by the government. Public education is a joke so if you have kids put them in private school.
