Should I consider plastic surgery for my looks?

Ok, this has been bothering me like all day, I got a facebook message from this chick Hillary and she said " Alana, you are so disgustingly ugly. You look like shrek." People, am I ugly? I need to know...should I seriously consider plastic surgery to make me good looking?

I think you are very good looking but why should you even care what others think? I have seen a lot of people that ask about the same question and when I look at their pictures I am expecting to see someone with warts all over their face or they are growng horns. Self esteem is all you need. What if someone that just wants to be mean and nasty says you are ulgy, are you going to belive them and get surgery? Or are you going to listen to what you know in your heart is true, that you are a very beautiful person inside as well as out?

Do not do it. It is a problem later on. IMplants are not permanent. You are subjecting yourself to surgery int he future. You look perfect to me and there are lots of risks.
