if you were doing it for beauty reason I might me opt to say no but in a health sisuation I dont see any problem exept the fact that you still have to exercise after the surgery its not just a quick fix acually it is harder then you would think cause if you dont keep that weight off after the surg then you can caues real health problems for your self you can real dramatize your body going form big to small then back to big you no what I mean?
I think you should save some money, and go to weight watchers, if you are really that dependent on losing weight, I think you should do it the healthy way, and naturally, because sometimes plastic surgery is dangerous, and can ultimately end in death.. :[ I'm starting the special k diet soon.. you can start it with me! lol. :] goodluck!
If you dont learn to eat right before having the surgery then you are just going to gain it all back and probably more. The trick to losing weight and keeping it off is discipline. You have to teach yourself to eat right and exercise and then stick with it. Having the surgery may help you out right now but if you dont learn different habits it wont be a long term fix.
I think that you should be happy with the way that you look. think about it. if you lose it yourself than you feel really good about what you did, and if you spend all that $$ and gain it back you goning to feel like crap--and I wish you would have just done it yourself. You'll spend less money hiring a trainer.

Is plastic surgery stupid or worth it?

I'm 19, and for the past 2 years I've been seriously considering getting plastic surgery for weight loss. The only problem is that its sorta expensive and I know that it would be smarter, healthier, and safer if I lost the weight naturally- rather than opting for a quick fix. But I would like to hear some opinions on plastic surgery
thanx!
