hey guyz especially those great American peepz you wouldnt know how much I love America even though im livin in Ozzie but any/wayz does anyone know why those islamists intentionally crashed the ailiners into the twin towers. Its part of a history...

assignment but I cant find why they did so I just want to hear from you guyz that know!! So please help... just say why they did it and yeh bye!!!

In all seriousness, the 9/11 attacks are one of the biggest weird incidents in the history of the US.

Given that we never invaded the country where the hijackers came from, my wife's cousin was missing during most of the day (we lived in New York had family in Manhattan when it happened)...well, I have as much personal reason to want the absolute truth as any American, and perhaps more than some.

However...the lack of investigation is appalling despicable. It's on par with the US government, decades later, saying their *own theory* on how JFK was shot was wrong...but, not relinquishing any evidence they covered up NOR releasing federal documents about what happened.

I could go on...but, fact is, the US is only a fair free country *some* of the time...and, you should always treat *every* elected official, irregardless of party, with a great deal of skepticism, even when they appear to be doing what they say they will.

If you don't think that 9/11 was somehow odd...well, just watch the JFK movie learn the facts: there was a government cover up, AND they have yet to release the information about what they knew, or didnt know.

Same with 9/11...we'll never get the truth unless we demand it.

The attacks were consistent with the overall mission statement of al-Qaeda, as set out in a 1998 fatwā issued by Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, Ahmed Refai Taha, Mir Hamzah, and Fazlur Rahman. This statement begins by quoting the Koran as saying, slay the pagans wherever ye find them and extrapolates this to conclude that it is the duty of every Muslim to kill Americans anywhere.

...also worth noting about 9/11: the majority of the hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, and that the President's elder brother was the head of the company that provided security services where the planes were hijacked from.

Let's not forget: the long standing ties between the Saudi regime the Bush family...and that the US promptly invaded several countries, however, has yet to go after Saudi Arabia.

I think it was cover up...I think that the attack was just the US attacking themselves and blaming it on the islamists so we could go to war with them for oil, but just say it was them that started it...there is a video about that I can't remember the name of right now, but it talks about it shows proof of all of it...
