Sensitive skin, could it be heat rash? and what can I do not to get the rash?

Hey I started to work at a mcdonalds resently, part of the job (that I do) inludes constantly wearing laytex golves. At times I have to put another pair of plastic gloves over those. When I work long hours (around 7) I get rashes on my hands that stick around for a fewdays. I've always had sensitve skin that has been easy to irritate..
Here are my questions.. Could it be heat Rash? And what can I do not to get the rash?

My uncle has this. He works at a deli and he says this ecaxt thing happens to him. You are prob allegric to latex products. You should ask your boss for non latex gloves or go to a makret or store around you, (I live in NYC, they're all over the place) depending on where you live and buy non latex gloves. Good luck!

You are probably allergic to latex it happens all the time. Next time it happens you should go to the doctors to get some cream for it.Maybe it will help.
