Hi,

According to the HUD site, to apply for section 8, visit your local Public Housing Agency (PHA).

Can the Public Housing Agency (PHA) stop an eviction. I have 3 kids and am a single mother with no car about to be evicted in 4 days. I stand to loose all my kids clothes and mine as well along with everything I own. Need help now!

I WAS TOLD THE APP CANT BE COMPLETED ONLINE YOU'D HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT AND RETURN IT TO YOUR LOCAL HOUSING AUTHORITY. GOOD LUCK
