What would happen to a kid if he was caught with drugs on school property I think hes 15

HUGE trouble, suspension, and probably juvy

I mean,... yeah hed get kicked out, a report sent to his parents about the problem and hed probably have it in his files, meaning that some schools might not take him in...

juvy only if caught selling, or the school staff is made up of jerks

They'd get fined for paraphernalia and depending on what *drug* suspension or expulsion.
Also, if they had a large amount they'd get charge with trying to sell it..

He'd be arrested, and unless you told somebody you were going to go to the authorities, or that you DID go to the authorities, you'd be fine. The state would file charges against the kid in the name of the school, your name wouldn't be listed on documents anywhere if you didn't want to come forward as a witness if you're a minor.

I know kids at the school I work at get arrested if they find them...
