Safe to put alcohol (jack daniels) on a deep cut?

got a huge cut recently. didnt have any medical stuff. just put some JD on it. ya know? to like disinfect or whatever. is that safe? And yes it burned. a lot.

I wouldn't say it's safe to put on a deep cut, the alcohol used to clean wounds are not the same as the alcohol that you drink.

if I were you I'd go see a doctor to make sure that you didn't cause any lasting damage.
