Rude people

I work in a cafe and day after day after day I serve coffee to about 400 people. Some are nice and can make your day, but then there are the people who are always in a rush (oh, my bus is here, can you hurry up?) or don't wait until you are done with...

what you are doing before walking up and just yelling their order at you. And then the mother of them all, the ones that complain about the fact we give the deaf, blind, and the generally disabled top priority.
So, I want to know, what gives some people the right to be rude to complete strangers just cause they are not getting things the way they want it, when they want it!!

they think that they oun the place and do what ever!!!

The fact that they're humans...Its a dog eat dog world, you have to know how to be real mean with a *nice* covering if you know what I mean!!

Their mother never taught them manners or they have some need to feel like a dictator!!
You will always come across people like this in life hun, especially working in an area that serves people because some people come under the impression that you are their slave and think that because they are paying for something that that gives them the excuse to act towards the server how they want. Like the money has paid off their manners or something!!

I know how frustrating it is, I used to work in a big clothing store and some of the people I just really wanted to hit!! Grrr!

they feel they pay the cafe for their service, that's why customers may seem to be righteous, holding on the words, customers are always right, and one thing, they have the idea that your supervisor will back them up to turn you down if you'll fight back or do somethin they ain't gonna like..

so much better be PLASTIC on that moment, since you're paid for the service, and not be mad at customers like some of 'em, so just smile and tell yourself that they're not enough to ruin your beautiful day!

Nothing gives them the right, and you tell them.
In the end, it's YOU that has to handover the coffee/tea etc, so take your time. That would really get on their nerves and hand it over with a smirk
