How can i get rid of acne on my back i have it on top of my back and shoulders please help i hate it?

You can try to wash there more often and make sure you clean there thoroughly, or you can try that new body wash for acne on your shoulders and back. When you sweat make sure you shower

i had that problem too

The best thing to do would be to go see your doctor who can refer you do a dermatologist. Who will most likely perscribe you some topical gels to apply.

Thats what i did and i cleared it right up. you have to be patient and use the stuff regularly though

either u can get some pro acne and have somebody rubbed it on your back

take voltaren or a similar muscle relaxing drug, then take a nice hot bath.

muscle relaxing drug? is this gonna work i take a shower twice a day but doesnt work i squeeze them and than have scars from it :(

why not go and get a massage from a professional? I’m not talking about thai-massage from self educated people but from someone like a injury therapist.

i used to have that to. it got so bad that i had completely low self esteem and i hated it cuz i could never wear tank tops or dresses!. but i just make sure to shower regularly, scrubbing my back with a lot of antibacterial soap, and using a prescription cream from your dermatologist best fitted to the type of marks/acne you have.
