How to get rid of back acne fast?

Hey guys,how to get rid of back acne fast?Having back acne is really really horrible as I cant wear the clothes I want.So guys please help.^^Thank you!

I have back pain because of a spine injury but back when I was working my construction job I would have back ache all the time so I would take a shower as hot as I could stand it and point the shower head right at the place where my back was aching and take 2 Bayer Back and Body pain reliever and sometimes use a heating pad and get some well need rest by morning the ache would be gone. Hope this works for you.

Saline solution (or salt water) is pretty good when it comes to treating acne. I recommend running a nice hot bath (not too hot!) and put a cup of normal rock salt in there, and have a 15 minute soak in it. If you do it a couple of times a week, it should start to clear up a bit.

Another wee gem I've stumbled upon is tea tree lotion. Tea tree is a natural antiseptic, so rubbing a bit of that into your skin can help. It doesn't smell too great, but it does the trick.

Actually I Got A Different Brand Of Tea Tree Oil & It Smells Yukky -_-'
