Ribs hurting!!

My ribs have been hurting off and on latley. Right now they just ache burn teribly, it's the worst pain I have ever felt. It wont quit. Do you know what it could be? The doctor said dont worry about it, it should pass..

It maybe a serious cramp that won't die down,if it continues,tell him/her that it's bugging you and you want something done about it.

Hmmm..Have you been working out like doing crunchs etc. You may think it is your ribs but it could just be you really sore from working out(well if you do workout).

I jog 10 miles daily but I dont do much crunches.
