How can I impress my boyfriend's dad?

what to do to impress my boyfreind's dad so that they can get ready
I mean like something only hook not by crook?

Fathers are always the problem.. but I would suggest earning his trust. Sitting down with him and talking in general. My boyfriend and I were so worried what my Dad would say.. but the things he does and gets involves has made my dad like him and respect him. Therefore if you take part in his family, he will respect you more for taking intrest. Just talk to him about things. See what you have in common and have a laugh!

Hmmm...usually the girl doesn't have a problem with the dad...it's the mom.

I think basically just be yourself around him,don't be shy and speak out and give your opinion about things when you're talking , let him know you have a mind of your own and are a confident person. Ask him questions about things that you know interest him and show him how devoted you are to his son.
Maybe have a few beers with him and get him relaxed and have a laugh with him, but my best advice is don't try to change to make him like you, just be you !!
