Could red dots under foreskin be a std?

I was raped by a guy that I did not know. since then my boyfriend has started to get red dots on his pen*s. He was never circumcised so they are just under the foreskin. The bumps are not white and they don't pop they are just red dots. He's too embarrassed to go to a doctor but we are scared that I may have gotten some std when I was raped and gave it to him. Is this some form of an STD?

Given the situation of course he could have an STD...you both need to go to the doctors ASAP and both get checked out. After your rape did you not have all the tests done for pregnancy, STDs, AIDs etc? Was this not reported? If not get to the police station now to report this...there could be others being hurt and you need counselling and help.
