What are these little red dots on my foot?

I have like5 red dots on my foot what is that??? do you think its bug bites??? please tell me its bugs bites???

what do the red dots look like? Are they raised or flat? Are they itchy? How big are they?

flat and as round as small as about 1/3 size of a button

if they are itchy it could be a bug bite or contact dermatitis..if it isnt itchy its a rash of some sort and you should have it looked at if it doesnt go away in 24 hours
