its not good just to only eat that. even tho its only once a month. your body will be lagged down tge next day from lack of energy, and it WILL SUCK!!! its fine to treat yourself once a month, like that, but eat some small meals also. dont eat a lot of protiens or Carbs. try out some fruits. Tofu, mangoes, strawberries and ice, blended togeather with some skim milk, is AMAZING!!!
you are young and sould be careful. but you can eat healthy just to be healthy. I have a major sweet tooth and what I do is get some of that edy's slow churned 1/2 the fat vanilla frozen yogurt and then mix cinnamon in it and sometimes a little bit of crumbled graham cracker. omg very good! the worst thing you can do is eat very little. five small healthy meals a day will help your metabolism. you are young and should enjoy having treats. moderation is key! if you're trying to go for that waif skinny look here's a tip: guys don't like really skinny girls.
eat healthy, exercise and enjoy life's little pleasures.

Reassurance about treat idea, help please?
Send me Fun Mail
okay, this may seem stupid, but I just want to make sure, and have your guys' ideas (:
Okay, well, I've decided in order to maintain my goal weight whenever I get there, that I'd eat relatively healthy Every day of the month, but ONE day out of each month id treat myself to something, not healthy at all, I dont really go for fried foods.
but sweet foods...haha especially ice cream.
So I was thinking , this ONE day out of the whole month if I ate a Large Dairy Queen Strawberry cheesequake blizzard, which, I've checked, is 940 calories, if I burnt about 2,000 calories that day, and that bli8zzard was all I ate that day, it WOULD BE out of my system right?
SEE, I know stupid, but I just want to make sure, lol.
I eat really healthy and I exercise vigoursly everyday, so I dont want to mess anything up...THANKS SO MUCH for advice/reassurance.
