Quantitive pregnancy test

Its been 41 days since my last period. But I had sex last night,
I got a paper from my doctor to go get a quantitive pregnancy blood test done
tomorrow. How accurate will this result be?
How long should it take me to get this result?

Blood test is the most accurate results, when I got mine done it took 3 days for the results but it depends how busy they are.
