Puffy nipples

Hello…how are u? Im 22 age male and I want to cure the problem tat I have but I couldnt I hope that you have the answer…I have a puff nipples sometimes tey become good and sometimes tey become puffy!! Can you help me

Hi,

I am having similar problem. Initially I thought I am the only one with such kind of abnormality but now seems like there are many with similar problem.

It gets erect means normal (not puffy) during cold day or once I come out of the bath. Otherwise in warm day it becomes bigger and puffy.

Please help how to solve. Does nipple piercing help me? or would that make it more bigger/puffy?

Hi,

Puffy nipples in men are often a sign of a condition called Gynecomastia. The glands underneath the nipples can be adjusted through plastic surgery, but it can be costly. The condition is not serious, nor will it affect your health in anyway besides puffy nipples and possible breast growth.
