Is ps3 better than x box 360

The Sony PS3 is far more technologically advanced than the Xbox 360. The 360 is selling a lot better though. Then again the Sony PSP is far more advanced than the Nintendo DS but the DS is selling like hotcakes compared to the PSP. Sony seems to have a talent for sabotaging otherwise great products.

Then again both the PS3 and the 360 is far more advanced than the Wii but the Wii is selling like mad because of their innovative controler.

daryl might be right that over time PS3 will take over but based on previous experience I wouldn't bet on it.

Xbox 360 is for sure the way to go. With the price differences and just the value you get it's for sure more worth it for gaming. Now if you want a really swell looking Blue-ray player...get the PlayStation.

I find the blu-ray drive a redundant addition supposedly it's so you have more space on the disc right?Then the game takes longer to load so they just filled the game disc with another copy of the game which renders the blu-ray drive on the ps3 redundant

The thing that I like most about the PS3 is the PlayStation Network and the thing that I like most about the XBOX 360 is XBOX Live Marketplace.I think XBOX 360 is better.

I like The Xbox Better. Xbox live is way better than the Ps3's live, and a lot of my friends have xbox so its funner to play because of that...

my boyfriend has ps3 I love it he had a xbox but it wasnt as good as the ps3

360 has more games and sometimes even better games and it's at a good deal and the live accounts are pretty chill and better than the ps3's online play.I prefer the 360.

Personally, I like X-box 360 better because of X-box live and halo 3. But, Ps3 can double as a blue ray player which is a plus.

I think the 360 because it has more games to choose from...

I have both a 360 and a ps3 and I would say they're both eually yolked in their own rights.

the ps3 is a bit more technonogically advanced with the blu-ray player and internal memory and it's a bit expensive,but the live play sucks a bit and the games are more geard toward the RPG crowd.

on the other hand..

the 360 has excellent live play and is cheaper than ps3,but it tends to have a lot of hardware failure,the games are all a little cliche with the war theme,you require memory cards for storage and there is no blu-ray player..

either way you go their both great systems

ok why do people say ps3 is more expensive!?! the 80 gig is 400 and the 360s 60 gig is 400 so basically, the ps3 is cheaper now, the live is same but you get to have a chat while playin, I have both but id say ps3, plus payin for LIVE isnt worth it

also about more games, 360 came a year earlier but the ps3 has about 150 less, thats close, Halo has the same story line like its all they can think of

lmao if PS3 was better then why make star ocean exclusive for x-box...in fact, why put Square Enix's prized final fantasy on x-box?...because they realised that PS3 while maybe not inferior...really wasn't better than the 360. BUT the 360 does have that red ring of death that is in every way (unfortunately) very real. You can send it back to Microsoft and they will fix it...but it can and may happen again...And then you have the PS3 with its very nice and small amount of good titles, and ridiculous price all because of that over-rated blu ray player. *shrugs*

yes its a lot better the 360 the 360 has a lot of glitches and has the ring of death which can permanently ruin your games plus it overheats liek crazy
