I xbox 360 is better because if your planning on playing online they xbox 360 has way better servers thean a ps3 which means better connections and faster matchmaking. plus xbox has way better graphics and xbox has every game that ps3 has plus xobx has some games that a ps3 doesnt like Gear of War, and halo which are both real popular games. hopes this helps?

ps3 is better because well 1 ps3 doesnt have a massive power brick to lug around with you 2 it can be used as a computer 3 its an acctual next gen system 360 is not 4the graphics on ps3 change for a 420i to a 720 to a 1080 tv xboxs stay the same 5 ps3 is also a blu ray disc player so you can watch blu ray movies 6 im on my ps3 right now 7 socom confontation little big planet and many more exclusive titles actually 75 to be exact not including the soon to be HOME yes xbox now has avitars that look like the wii 8 the xbox actually costs more than a ps3 because after you buy the wifi adapter and whatever else to make it like a ps3 the time it takes to replace it after each ring of death 9 the ps3 gets new updates every 2 weeks xbox is lucky to have gotten one at all 10 do I really need to say more psn:hellstraitor

Super Late answer and doesn't matter anymore with months ago but, cwert::
1. True, xbox360 does have a big power 'brick' to lug around.
2. True, however I believe you have to mod it, which is pretty much illegal.
3. Semi-true, PS3 has more capability of higher graphics, but the xbox360 games currently have stronger graphics.
5. Semi-true, but you can watch movies on xbox too.
7. No point, both PS3 and XBOX have exclusive titled games for each system.
8. False, you don't have to buy wifi adapter or anything, don't have to replace a 'ring of death' I've had mine forever, and no technical difficulties at all.
9. False, XBOX gets updates too, smart one.
10. No, you should have experience with both platforms before saying comments.
