I've got a 5 year old shi tzui ,can she get pregnant if she never bleeds.

Hi,

Yes she can. Dogs don't necessarily have to bleed while they're in heat. If your dog is of a mature age, she can get pregnant. Also, not being spayed increases her chances of getting cancer later on. You should get her spayed so that you can help her health and prevent unwanted puppies.
