Yeah, its actually encouraged that you swim during pregnancy to get you moving. I searched in online and every site says its completely okay to swim in even a lake during pregnancy, so your good to go.

yeah, definently because its pretty low impact, and will get you moving, but I wouldnt go in a lake that has a lot of garbage or rocks on the bottom

I would say yes swimming while pregnant is a great form of excersise but I would not go in a lake ,you dont no what you could catch ,I have 4 kids and if I was ever pregnant again I would not go and swim in a lake but its up to you , good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.
