Possible to get rid of blackheads on my nose?

Is it possible to get completely rid of blackheads on your nose? Ever since I was in middle school, I've had blackheads covering my nose. I am very self concious about them, and have tried several different facial cleaners over the years. Is there one that will actually work on blackhead pimples, or am I out of luck?

There is a wonderful little tool called blackhead remover (LOL). It has 2 ends; one for bigger blackheads and one for smaller ones. You can purchase it at most Wal*Marts or at any pharmacy. Canadian cost would be $3.00 - to about $9.00. I've used one for years and recommend it to all my clients. The method is easy you press down and gently pull across the area. It's great for white heads too.
