What is the pollution levels in percentage in the UK, USA, Russia, Japan and China?

Really need to know

Answer #1

% is of total combined world emissions. Countries are in order of highest to smallest.

USA - 23.04 (5.79 billion tons) China - 16.49 (4.15 billion tons) Russian Federation - 5.94 (1.49 billion tons) Japan - 4.9 (1.23 billion tons) UK - 2.2% (559.52 million tons)

BUT, this is not relative to population and land mass, as obviously a country which is larger and has a larger population will have higher emissions.

AMOUNT PER PERSON: USA - 19.81 tons Russian Federation -10.34 tons Japan - 9.65 tons UK - 9.43 tons China - 3.19 tons

Hope this helped (:
