Please i need advice

ok so today is my birthday. At first I wanted a dog, and my mom kept saying maybe on and off again. So like a few days ago she said would you like diamond earing, jonas brother tickets, stay at the diplomat. I said earings are stupid and I would take the...

hotel and concert. She said only one. So today I woke up and with no surprise there were balloons and a message saying you have been invied to see the jonas brothers in concert. I was happy I guess. So when I got home from school she said that none of my friends parents were willing to pay that much for tickets. So now I am stuck with my mom again!!! She has been making me cry because she says im not happy with ticketsand that she should have just gotten the dog. She got me so mad I called her a you know... Now I feel really bad but I am still so upset im crying what should I do?I said diploma would have been fine but shes like well we dont have the money for that. so I was like than why did you give me that option but anyway like I still inside want a dog but cant admit it. She is really upset right now. We arent talking. what do I do. am I being a bratz she says I am and I that she shouldnt have raised me that way. I hate her!!!
What do I do???

Happy Birthday!

To be honest - you're being a brat.
Do you know how many kids would die to see the Jonas Brothers in concert, no matter who it's with. You should really be thankful your mom paid that much money for you. Evidently she's trying to make you happy and you're making her feel like a failure because you're not being ungrateful. I feel sorry for your mom, things cost a lot of money these days and she's trying her best then gets called names for it.

She deserves a HUGE apology.

Well, Happy Birthday. Mine don't go well either, and once you hit a certain age, you just got to get used to it. Guess you hit that age. Sorry to say that... But, Once again Happy Birthday.

As a Mom, It would really hurt me if my kids acted that way! Just because she is your mom doesnt mean she HAS to do any of that for you, but she does because she wants to and loves you and you sound unappreciative of anything.
