Plants upper leaf turning yellow

I have grown petunia vinca,they grew very well for last 4months with lots of flower but suddenly most of the plants upper leaves turned yellow in color I hv been using 1/2 teaspoon of npk and spaying fungicide regularly once in 15 days also watering...

twice a day since temprature here in chennai india is max 34c min 24c but still upper leaves turned yellow can anybody help?

it does look like they may need a larger pot. if the roots are too bound up, they won't do well.

it doesn't look like they have a fungus though.

Maybe mix in some coconut husks with the soil. they help retain moisture.

Too much water will also turn the leaves yellow.
