have to take a plane and i'm scared, any ideas?

Ok im going to washington d.c in 3 days and I have to take a plane there and im freaking out.!!!
I've never been on a plane and im scared, like really scared.
Is it as scarey as I think.?
What are some good ideas for me.?
Help.?

what are you scared of? There's nothing to be scared of, the only thing that is unpleasant is the ears getting a little sore and popping, no big deal. Remember it's more dangerous to travel on roads

theres nothing to be scared. its so pleasant and enjoyable . the only prbl you feel is your ears gets numb or I mean you feel like you are nt hearing gd bt that goes soon.
you shud be excited that it is your first air journey. take the small camera wid you to take the pictures of sky. take sour or orange taste candies with u. I hv seen people eat orange candies while landing off to protect their ears from that numbness. and pls don't be scared. it will be the best journey you ever had.
