-Wash your face two to three times a day with a special facial cleanser.
-Avoid eating any foods high in sugar, carbs, and fats.
-Drink a lot...a lot of water. (Try distilled water for a month. It'll help clean out all of the bad things in your body, and help heal more than just a simple pimple!)
-Get at least 8-10 hours of sleep every night.
-Bathe regularly
-Try any cream that is especially used for pimples, such as clearasil, or proactive. See what works best for your skin.
-Also, sometimes when your skin is too dry (Not drinking enough water), your face could break out that way. So keep yourself hydrated.
-Eat healthy foods for one month, as well as drinking the distilled water. See what happens. : ]
-Do not touch your face. DO NOT. (Unless washing it of course)
The marks that are left behind should eventually go away. Avoid wearing cover-up makeup, this increases infection and chance of breaking out. And NEVER pop your pimples...
