How do you take a black and white picture and add color to it?? I've been trying to figure this out forever and nobody iwll explain it... Can someone helpp me pleaseee...

You need somehitng like photoshop.
I forgot what that feature is called though,sorry.

Yes you need Adobe Photoshop.

If you are looking for something to just add color right away like you just move a slider over. That isn't possible.
