How to stop this serious period pain?

my stomach is crampin waaay to much. MOm says she might call the ambulance if this cramping continues... DX what should I do to stop this period pain!!?

Yes, if it is this bad you need to see a doctor. You may have a condition call endometriosis. This can cause a lot of pain during a period but is very treatable. See a doctor, with a quick exam they can give you a diagnosis and medication to help with cramping.

why an ambulance? it's not an EMERGENCY -- period pain is PERFECTLY normal -- as long as it stops when your period stops ... every now && then your period will be painful, && sometimes you really can't do much for a few days because of the pain .. take some midol && lay down the pain should decrease. -- if not then go to the doctor !

Umm... go see your doctor they might want to put you on birth control to help the cramping.

go to google and type in "yoga for menstural cramps" there is a lot of it that helps.

Hot bath, usually stops the pain in a couple of mins...
