How do I fix my aching muscles?

ok im trying out for cheerleading!! but I got up this morning and could BARELY move a muscle. everything hurts. whats a quick way to fix this? im spending like all of my free time practicing the dance and cheer.

hot bath!!! it's really good!!! I've tried it!!! I know exsactly how you're feeling!! good luck, hope it works with you the way it worked with me!!

Yeh I agree with ana a hot bath is proberbly the only thing that will help. Also you should make yourself get up and stretch your muscles.

bananas, they are high in potassium which well help keep your muscles from cramping, eat one or 2 before and after practice also make sure you have a little protein before bed to help your body repair the muscles you tore.
