It may sound funny, but exercise can actually help with PMS cramps, so get up and move! When your body releases endorphines from exercising, they help to east the pain. And definitely take soem Midol or Ibuprofen.

dressing warm cause the pain comes from cold in your body thats why sometimes you get the shivers from the pain.

Curling up in a little ball with a pillow on my stomach seems to help.
Or getting Mydol it helps for a while.
Even breathing in with your nose and out through your mouth helps ease the pain.
Just don't do it to fast and hard you may pass out.

Try evening primrose, a tablet you can find in your chemist/health food store, its a herbal remedy (sort of thing).

Also exercise has been proven to make cramps ease, as long as you dont do to much but gentle walks definatly do benefit.

Also if your into tea different types of tea can help to calm you therfore relaxing your cramps just ask your local health food/chemist store.
