iv’e heard glass is made of sand grains. and mirrors are made of glass;) hope that helped a little bit?

Most mirrors are made of inorganic glass and aluminum.

“organic” glass refers to clear plastics like Plexiglass, Polycarbonate, Lexan, Lucite, etc. I assume organic in this context means plastic.

“Organic” can mean derived exclusively from living things rather than chemicals, it can mean hydrogen-carbon based, and it can mean fundamental or intrinsic. In this context I assume it means hydrogen-carbon based.
