maybe she's just not ready yet...
if you really like/ love her, you'll wait until she's ready or until you both are...

she's probably just shy or maybe a little self contiouse about showing you her body when you want her to pull down her trousers/short... she probably just gets a little nervouse...

you two should try talking about it and reasure her that she can trust you...
