How to get over my fear of doing something stupid?

ok...I get nervous around my boyfriend because I like him a lot and I'm afraid I'll do something to make myself look retared!how can I get over that and hold his hand...I mean I put my arm through his I'm just nervous to grap his hand!!plzz help..

It might make you nervous, but once you put yourself out there and take his hand, you will be glad you did! Just act nonchalantly about it and do it!
