What if you do something stupid?

Okay...what would you guys do if you totally werent paying attention to your surroundings and did something incredibly stupid that you know would land you in a lot of trouble? I mean am I a retard if I am constantly doing stupid things because my mind is off in another world and who can help me?

lol nah your not stupid you just don't fouse your mind on things or pay attion. learn to fouse and if you really can't try yoga or mediation at night.
